RidgeGate
A more natural approach to new urbanism.
RidgeGate is a new urbanism community that is carefully bringing forth a mix of residential neighborhoods, retail, office and health services, cultural and recreational facilities and a planned city center where the city meets the prairie, in Lone Tree, Colorado.
RidgeGate is evolving on 3,500 acres that extend both east and west of I-25. The RidgeGate property was purchased in the 1970’s. The community launched in 2001 with the development of the much needed Sky Ridge Medical Center. Today RidgeGate is home to over 2,500 new jobs and is expanding with the development of the new Charles Schwab corporate campus, which will bring an additional 4,000 jobs to the area, and the Sky Ridge Medical Center which is underway with its $150 million expansion project.
Incorporating sustainable design principles with energy-wise homes and buildings, RidgeGate offers a variety of home styles including single family homes, attached townhomes and luxury apartments, in neighborhood settings. In fact, RidgeGate is home to the first all-solar neighborhood in Colorado. All aspects of growth and development are approached with environmental awareness.
Density and diversity are blended here to give you easy, walkable access to retail, dining, office centers, health care, recreation, and mass transit. Over 1,000 acres of parks, trails, natural habitat and open space will keep the 3,500 acre community richly connected to nature.
RidgeGate’s many amenities include the growing Lincoln Commons retail district, as well as the Lone Tree Arts Center, The Lone Tree Recreation Center, and the historic Schweiger Ranch.
